It’s absolutely essential. What you eat affects your energy, focus, sleep, recovery, and how your body responds to training. A healthy diet doesn’t mean being perfect it means eating in a way that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle. That’s why we create nutrition plans that are realistic, flexible, and easy to stick to long term.

We take out the guesswork. Every client gets a tailored plan based on their goals, lifestyle, and experience. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, boxing, Muay Thai, or just building consistency, we support them every step of the way with expert coaching, accountability, and a great atmosphere.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel stronger, more confident, and capable in all areas of life. There’s nothing better than seeing a member walk in feeling uncertain and walk out transformed not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It’s more than a gym to us, it’s a community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
wanted to create a space that was welcoming, ego-free, and results-driven a gym that truly cared about its members. After years in the industry, I knew I could build something different where coaching, community, and care actually came first.

Yes. Our monthly coaching (CoachUp) is perfect for people who want structure and support while training independently. We provide a personalised training program, nutrition plan, body composition tracking, and ongoing access to a coach — no matter where you are.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep our equipment and facilities clean with daily commercial cleaners, encourage good hygiene, and ask anyone feeling unwell to stay home out of respect for others. Common sense goes a long way.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Individualised, high-level personal training tailored to your goals. Whether it’s fat loss, strength, boxing, or body transformation, this is the most direct and effective way to get results. $99 per session. First session free. Minimum 1 session per week.
2-on-1 Personal Training
Train with a friend or get matched with someone at your level. 45-minute sessions guided by a qualified trainer, customised for each participant. $55 per person. First session free. Minimum 1 session per week. No gym membership required.
Monthly Coaching (CoachUp)
Train independently with expert structure, support, and guidance. Includes a personalised monthly training plan, nutrition plan, body composition scan, and one 45-minute coaching session. $30 per week billed monthly. $295 one-time onboarding fee for custom training + nutrition plan.
