Our support is delivered with care and compassion. We provide you with clear communication and dependable services including 24/7 emergency assistance.

We can provide services online or remotely. At Lean on Me Caregiving, we deliver personalized, high-quality care
to support the independence and well-being of NDIS participants, working closely with clients and families to meet their unique needs.

We have implemented specific COVID training that all staff undertake to ensure that participants are protected from unnecessary exposure.
LOMC policies around COVID exposure ensure we minimise any transmissions from taking place.

Services

We support participants to access the community and engage in activities of their choosing. Common outings include:
- Supporting participants to access the shops.
- Exercise or health related appointments.
- Social outings: movies, bowling, galleries, cafes, restaurants
- Day trips: beach, parks, farms
- Visiting family and friends
We aim to enhance the independence and wellbeing of participants and assist them in experiencing socially fulfilling experiences.

We provide compassionate personal care support to those who need the assistance to complete daily life tasks. This often includes help with showering, dressing and any continence needs. We aim to empower participants to live with dignity and feel supported in completing these daily essential tasks.

We are able to provide a wide range of domestic assistance supports to participants in their homes. Supports can include meal planning and preparation, household cleaning, laundry, changing of bedding, IT technology support, general help around the home, assistance with children and any other support that may assist a participant to feel supported in their home.

We are able to provide assistance with medication to those who require the extra support. This also includes prompting a participant to take the correct dosage of medication at the correct time, or having scripts filled.

We are able to provide support to those who need extra assistance with their work and study commitments.

We provide travel assistance to those who require transportation to various appointments or activities whether daily and ongoing or as needed. This can range from safe transportation to health and well-being appointments, daily school trips, to visit friends and family members or any other kind of outing.
