What do you love most about your job?
I have coached , helped and developed many wonderful
people, in many different locations with divere goals and Businesses, but I still love what I do!
To see people not only achieve improvements in their business, but improvements in their life is just so fulfilling. It fills my cup!! Sometines it involves increaing revenue and sales and other times it requires re-visiting a life or business plan and aligning them and developing the skills and abilities of the business owner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a franchisee of an American Business growth, Goal setting and Personal Development organisation.
In fact a lot of Australian Coaches are still in one way or another “attached” formally by a franchise or informally through their offering product and processes on behalf of American owners with models and service delivery that doesn’t quite siut Australians.
I saw the need for a better “cultural” and relational “fit” that’s why I started Lead Australia.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I will always tell you what I can do…and what I can’t do! But conducting this business for so long …with so many different Businesses and Individuals ..chances are I can direct you to the right people if needed. I will be the one that works with you…you will not be “farmed out” to another person, we will develop a good professional relationship that involves learning…not just coaching!!
