My People and Culture career has spanned over 25 years and I LOVE it! I am motivated to bring fun and happiness into workplaces so people and business performance thrives. When teams are engaged and feel purposeful they are driven to give the best version of themselves every day. I am passionate about working with leaders and teams to implement value added solutions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
An abundance of energy to bring positive change to workplaces. Where each leader can feel supported and encouraged to develop their teams by leveraging off their strengths and building career pathways through commitment and trust. My goal is to set leaders and businesses up for success through coaching and people frameworks that drive outcomes to meet their expectations.
