What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for helping small businesses develop healthy and successful workplaces. Finding solutions to challenging situations is my strength and I love turning negative scenarios into positives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small business has a real need for HR support but they do not have the resources available to them, so I am driven to be that support for them. Small business owners usually have a passion for what they do and I want to be their HR partner so they can continue to focus on what they love to do and what they are good at.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 brought a lot of challenges to HR and the way that people work and are managed in the workplace. The positives of this showed that we are a lot more flexible than we thought and now the challenge is to get the work/life balance right for both the business and for the employee.
