What do you love most about your job?
As a disability support provider, what i love most is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. Helping individuals achieve their goals, gain independence, and improve their quality of life is incredibly fulfilling. It's also wonderful to see the progress and growth of participants over time, knowing that the support provided is making a real difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by a strong desire to help others and make a meaningful difference in the communities. I have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the resources and opportunities needed to lead fulfilling lives.
I was also motivated by a commitment to social justice and equality, wanting to create a more inclusive society.
