What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve their property goals, whether it’s finding the perfect tenant, securing a dream home, or maximising the return on an investment. Real estate is about building long-term relationships and being trusted with something as significant as someone’s property or home is an incredible responsibility and privilege. The satisfaction that comes from solving complex property challenges and seeing the joy on clients' faces when we achieve a great result is the most rewarding part of my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background in teaching has always centred around helping others, guiding people to reach their full potential, and fostering strong, trusting relationships. Transitioning into real estate, I saw many of the same opportunities to provide a high level of personal support but noticed that the industry often lacked the same level of care and dedication I had grown accustomed to. I wanted to bring the patience, clarity, and passion for service from my teaching career into real estate, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. Homekind Real Estate was founded on the belief that property management and sales should be as much about relationships as it is about transactions, and I’m proud to create an agency that puts people first.
