My inspection of my guttering immediately after Gutter Boy advised the work was completed and were paid revealed the gutters had considerable debris remaining in the gutters. This left my home vulnerable to fire through the present heatwave conditions.
I reported this to “BARK” asking for the work be completed as paid for.
“BARK” is yet to sent a contractor to finish the work already paid for.
With regards to rating it would be helpful for “BARK” to allow for a zero star rating. More...

Gutterboy was careless and unprofessional. Despite my instruction to pay particular attention to the rear guttering and their assurance they had done so, on my inspection the gutter was found to be full of debris. I am 84 years old and do not like climbing ladders.
My home was left vulnerable given the now heatwave conditions.
Please have an alternate cleaner to come and complete the work I have already paid for.
There is no allowance in the above "star rating" for a zero so I have given a one star in lieu. More...
