And the results are in …. I am writing to highly recommend Ben and his team at Full Spectrum Education for Chemistry tutoring. My son, who had been struggling with Chemistry for some time, was fortunate to begin working with Ben in preparation for his HSC exams. Prior to this, he had scored just 21 in his trial exams, and we were very concerned about his prospects. However, under Ben’s team expert guidance and the tailored support of his team, my son’s understanding and confidence in Chemistry grew significantly. The personalised approach Ben offers made all the difference – they focused on my son’s unique learning needs, provided invaluable feedback, and offered consistent encouragement. The lessons were very beneficial and her tutor (Anita) was amazing.

The lessons addressed the areas of concern my daughter had in her subjects and we saw a marked improvement in her understanding and confidence with the subject matter.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Spectrum Educate I had an awful experience with Full Spectrum Education and strongly advise others to stay away. The service was scammer, utterly unprofessional, and it felt like a complete scam. • Unreliable Tutors: The tutor failed to show up multiple times, postponing repeatedly over three weeks, even after confirming attendance. • Constant Tutor Changes: They kept switching tutors monthly, leaving no continuity in the learning process. • Unethical Billing Practices: Despite the tutor’s absence, they continued withdrawing funds from my account, which is completely unacceptable. They still owe us more than $900 overdraw and have a refund to us. We will take legal action against this scammer coaching and escalate this to the NSW Consumer Affairs Department. This service caused us nothing but stress and frustration, turning into a nightmare rather than an educational experience. Full Spectrum Education is low-profile, unprofessional, and utterly hopeless. Avoid this scammer coaching at all costs! More...
