If I was to summarise my experience working with Sarah and EFT it would be ‘Life changing’. I originally reached out to Sarah to help me release a relationship that was simply not working.
After two sessions I called it quits. When I finally felt stronger and ready to meet someone new, I decided to embark on Sarah's ‘finding your soulmate’ journey. I locked in and within 3 weeks met the love of my life!
We now live, travel, work together and life is fantastic!!!

I went through a pretty tough 7 year breakup, and Sarah certainly helped me to a great extent. The sessions were certainly worth while.
I have grown and learnt so much from this experience. And Sarah certainly changed my whole perspective on life, because we are queens. At first when I started my sessions with Sarah I was very skeptical about having sessions via zoom, rather then in person, but I was in need to finding someone to talk about my mental state. However, as I got to talking to her, she made me feel so comfortable and she assured me that it was a safe space to talk with no judgment. After our first session I felt I really connected with her so well. The Tapping exercises we did together certainly helped me a lot and helped me become calm and really start loving and believing in myself again. I have now been able to move on from my past relationship and have found someone who does respect me. and to this day I still keep in contact with Sarah updating her on my love life progress as she has made huge impact to my life.
For once in my life I am able to see life clearer. And I am finally feeling whole again and healed. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone that is have serious mental problems.

My 7 year relationship had been rocky from the get go as it was never built on a solid foundation. Sarah has an amazing ability to clear ongoing mental blocks and break unhealthy patterns, seemingly easily.
Whilst feeling very much like you are "chatting" to a dear, kind friend.
Sarah assists you to find the source of the issue yourself, which is what makes this technique so very effective, so quickly. I had been carrying around pain and confusion from my past relationship that was easily triggered, and really interfered with my life.
It was overdue to let go, I just couldn't seem to. My greatest success was that I could let this go after one session, is nothing short of fascinating. I knew it, once it was gone.
The heaviness of holding onto unwanted pain had gone, and I could now look at what had happened, acknowledge it, then move on because it was no longer my problem!
That was months ago, and I still feel the same. I actually gathered a lot of clarity in letting it go too. I had many other successes too. Overall, I'm more confident and more sure of who I am.
If you want to change something or need a shift in your thinking, this is far faster and despite yes, you do have to look at your true feelings, it is much, much less painful than many other approaches.
And once it's done, it is done for good.
I cannot recommend this treatment more, nor specifically can I give more credit to how easy Sarah makes it to be your best self, faster than you can imagine.
The whole experience was so healing for me, I dealt with huge issues and very small ones.
I feel whole, I feel healed. It was a beautiful experience for me.
