I contacted Farewell Cremations to prepare for my father's passing. Matthew was very kind and transparent about the cost and inclusions. I filled out a simple form, ready for when it was needed. Three days later I rang to check in. Matthew gave me reassurance everything was ready. The next day my father passed away. All I had to do was give the phone number to the aged care facility and that was it. They came and collected my father and notified me he was in their care, ready for cremation. My Dad passed away from old age and Mathew took care of everything for me as i was stressed and mentally exhausted going up and down the hospital and trying to sort out my Dads affairs over a 10 week period. Constantly in contact with him and he was so understanding. I needed a Celebrant to do a funeral service at my house and Mathew gave me the contact details of a very repected Celebrant who i had organised with to attend my house to carry out the servuce with many close friends and family members who had attended and was such a nice service. Also had to change and amend some information on my Dads Death Certificate which with no hassels Mathew had amended this for me.
