Our roof restoration services require on-site work, but we can certainly provide quotes and consultations remotely. We can discuss your project over the phone or via video call. We can provide quotes without visibly seeing the property, but this quote could vary as not seeing the roof in person may result in something being missed.
Re-bedding & Pointing
Re-bedding and repointing is a process that involves repairing and re-securing the ridge capping's on a tiled roof.
The ridge capping's are the tiles or mortar that run along the peak of the roof. Over time, the mortar or adhesive that holds these capping's in place can deteriorate, causing them to become loose or dislodged.
Re-bedding involves applying new mortar or adhesive to resecure the ridge capping's, while repointing involves repairing or replacing the mortar between the tiles or capping's.
This helps to prevent water from entering the roof and causing damage, and it also helps to maintain the structural integrity of the roof.
High Pressure Cleaning
A high-pressure clean uses a powerful machine to blast away dirt, grime, moss, and other substances that can build up on surfaces like roofs, driveways, and walls.
For roofs, it's particularly useful for removing moss that can damage tiles or degrade the roof's appearance. The cleaning process can help restore the roof's original look and prevent potential damage caused by these growths.
