Our No Service, No Attendance Cremation Service (NSNA).
Here’s what you can expect from our compassionate services:
- **Dedicated Funeral Director:** You will be guided by a caring funeral director who will provide steadfast support and keep you informed throughout the entire process, ensuring that you feel cared for every step.
-**24 /Transportation:**
Our transportation services are available around the clock, seamlessly transferring your loved one from various locations, including homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and coroners. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and respectful transition into our care.
- **Respectful Storage:** Your loved one will receive dignified care as we prepare them for cremation, ensuring they are treated with the utmost respect during this time.
- **Cremation Coffin:** We provide a dignified cremation coffin designed to honour your loved one, ensuring they are treated with grace and dignity throughout the process.
- **Medical Certificates:** Our team will handle all necessary medical certificates required for the cremation, alleviating you of any additional burdens during this time.
- **Doctor’s Fee for Cremation Permit:** This fee ranges from $100.00 to $200.00, applicable only for transfers from home or aged care facilities. Your Funeral Director will add this fee to your invoice and provide the doctor's invoice for your records.
- **Cremation Certificates and Permits:** We take care of obtaining all required certificates and permits, removing any additional stress from your shoulders.
- **Registration of Death Certificate:** We will assist you in registering the death certificate with the Registry of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, ensuring all necessary documentation is handled smoothly.
-**Time Frame:**
Please allow approximately 25 days after your loved one is transferred into our care. This timeframe covers the entire process, including cremation and the issuance of the official death certificate. Please note that delays with the Births, Deaths, and Marriages (BDM) office can sometimes occur, and this is beyond our control. Once everything is finalised, we will personally deliver the ashes along with all necessary documentation directly to you.
Should you wish to hold a meaningful memorial for your loved one without undue delay, we understand the urgency and are here to assist. We offer an expedited delivery service, ensuring that your loved one’s ashes will be ready for you within five business days following the cremation date.
- **Coordination:** To facilitate any of the above processes smoothly, kindly communicate with your needs to the Funeral Director in advance, so we can work together to choose a date that is suitable for you.
- **Timely Delivery of Documentation:** Rest assured, the death certificate will be promptly sent to you via express registered post, ensuring timely receipt of all important documents.
Throughout our journey together, I will maintain open lines of communication with you via SMS text messaging, providing continual updates at each step along the way.
