With our entity's disability services, Metro, on your side, available, we can guide you to the right resources.
We feel fortunate to have gone through various lived experiences ourselves, which allows us to relate to others facing similar challenges. We understand what it's like to be stuck in a job that doesn't bring you satisfaction, yet you continue working there just to pay the bills. In addition to job coaching, we can help you navigate through unhealthy or toxic relationships and guide you through those transitions peacefully. We provide counselling sessions and support through easy, conversational interactions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented several changes to ensure the safety of our consumers, particularly for visitors on-site. This includes sharing health guidelines in various formats, such as easy-to-understand English and materials in other languages. We also provide updates from government sources to keep everyone informed and promote early interventions.
In our rostering system, we are in regular contact with support workers and have established safety measures in the workplace. These safety measures at the workplace include taking the temperatures of individuals and going through a checklist before ending a visit to consumers' homes. We also ensure that masks, gloves, and other protective equipment are available to meet their needs.

Dear All,
We are pleased to offer 24/7 support to all community members, including elderly individuals and those with disabilities, ensuring they can receive care in the comfort of their own homes.
I want to share that we have decided to partner with other providers of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) while continuing to serve as the primary provider of Supported Independent Living (SIL) support. It’s important to highlight that we are a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider.
In line with NDIS guidelines, our collaboration with SDA providers focuses on helping participants find suitable housing options. If participants are solely interested in SDA, we will be happy to connect them with the relevant SDA providers, as we do not provide SDA services ourselves.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between participants and the resources they need. If they are interested in SIL support, we are readily available as an option that aligns with their preferences.
We have properties available across various locations in Victoria, including Werribee, South Melbourne, Altona, Carnegie, Brunswick East, and the Heights. Additionally, we offer a range of services, including home care, community support, and gardening services.
