Check out the photos of the Wheelers Hill project. I am absolutely happy with DEMK. The team is hardworking and always available. Answers my questions on Whatsapp even 12am midnight. Happy to compromise using my preferred separately sourced bi-fold doors. Painstakingly looking for new ways to overcome obstacles such as an oversized free-standing shower-screen. Got creative suggestions in making good of my master ensuit and WIR. Definitely transcended my renovation to much higher quality renovation than my original plan. It was more than stunning. It will hopefully be the best 70 year old present when my mum and pa sees it in its final form. Thank you Sage and Nino and team. Will be more than happy to get them to do my next big project. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Check with council. You need a minimum number of carspaces for your house, if you meet that criteria then a conversion is possible.

How long have you been in business?
20 plus years. I started as an engineer, work as a supervisor, builders assistant, project manager, developer, construction manager, site manager, project manager, and after years of experience I was awarded my building license after passing all tests and interview. So, we have a wealth of knowledge if you want to do things right.
What guarantee does your work come with?
DBI insurance with all certifications such as waterproofing, electrical and plumbing, glazing etc. All certificates require dbi otherwise they may not be valid.
