Like so many that posted below, beware before you purchase. I had problems with their theme from installation. I'm not talking a little error here. I'm talking about following their steps on the theme, installing plugins and when you get to the skins, you get a critical error that crashes your entire WP platform so you can't even login. Your only recourse is to dump the entire WP installation and start over. Can you imagine this happening after 20 hours of build time? No way I trust that theme for my project. I requested a refund immediately and they refuse. Their customer service cares nothing about my project, my business nor my time. Their response times are 8 hours out on average. When they do respond, they give you AI response frames. I don't think I have even reached a human yet. I am still trying to get my money back from them. Not only will I not use their theme but won't use anything from their company. What a horrible experience. If they refund my purchase, I will return here for an update. If you don't see a follow up post from me then this company basically stole my money.🤬 More...

The customer support team was incredibly fast and efficient in helping me out with any issues. They responded quickly, clearly explained the solutions, and got everything working smoothly in no time. Really impressed with their professionalism and how easy they made the process. Highly recommend both the theme and their support team! More...

place is old and dingy, we had a nice lady check us in but otherwise terrible staff and assistance with a few exceptions, but they were for the most part very unkind. massive queues as well, especially for tax refund. also very stupid organization for boarding, i have never seen such a system in place in any other airports. as the second largest airport in australia i expected something a little bit better More...

Worst airport! Dodgy people offering cab rides and the worst taxi and uber pick up system. How embarrassing that this is people’s first experience on arrival in Melbourne

Gotta say, compared to Sydney's airport, Melbourne seems cleaner, better, and their security has got their game together much better.

My experience in Melbourne overall was very good until the last day. First we got yelled at at pho a gogo. Then the staff at the airport security was extremely rude.

Worst border security team in Australia, got told to proceed down a lane that only put me back into normal immigration queue and then got checked in declarations lane. Officer said they had to search my phone after detective negative on drug swab. Declined and he continued to ask me unrelated questions about my father, mother, family and work and kept popping in 5 questions about drugs before I answer his previous question. I was declaring cigars which he failed to find in my bag, I had to tell him multiple times about the cigars but he was adamant about pinning drugs on me without a valid reason and pushing to detain me for well over 45mins. Refused to give me his full name and failed to apologise for false accusations. I'm all for border security and protection of the commonwealth but if someone tests negative and passes all the criteria there is zero reasons or suspicion to press the individual with unrelated questions. Very unprofessional and illegal behaviour More...

Centre Road entrance is beyond a nightmare. Right turn arroe is lucky to come on once in every six cycles. If you need to return a hire car allow at least 45 min extra.

Was traveling Virgin Australia for the first time - from Melbourne to Brisbane. Was very impressed with the professional approach of the ground staff whom I approached for clarification. The comfort zone was high and full marks to punctuality. Despite it being a Friday evening, the flying crowd was well handled. More...

I was ready to drop my luggage at the baggage storage vendor, by judging at the queue, I decided to take a quick toilet break and leaving my luggage unattend at the shopfront sideline of the baggage storage vendor. When I stepped out of the restroom, an obese border officer began berating me loudly in public. Her anger was solely directed at me for leaving my luggage unattend. While I acknowledge that I may have made a mistake, however, her response was completely disproportionate and highly inappropriate. Confiscating my bag or issuing a warning would have been sufficient. Publicly humiliating me like a child was utterly unnecessary and disrespectful. All I could do was remain composed and express my gratitude for your kindness. Despite your unprofessional and disgraceful behavior, it won't diminish my positive impression of Melbourne. However, it's a shame that such conduct is tolerated at this otherwise wonderful airport. After subjecting an innocent tourist to your verbal abuse, are you satisfied now? Perhaps you should reflect on your own behavior and consider seeking help for your anger management issues. I hope you have a more productive day. More...

Glad to see that the much needed renovations are underway in terminal 2. Better signage is needed everywhere. The washrooms need better servicing and this airport needs better public transport access like an express train. The people are friendly and shops are nice though. The closest hotel with a direct walkway to terminal 2 is the Park Royal, holiday Inn is 10min on foot. More...

Needs renovation fast to keep up with other international airports level. Duty free is a joke, shopping range is almost non existent other than coffee (over priced like crazy) and chocolate. The reason for a 3 star is the staff and processing steps which are very good, no traffic on security and people are nice. But seriously spend some money to get a chance to race other airports that are fare ahead. More...

More...

I recently flew from Sydney to Melbourne on a domestic flight, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with Melbourne Airport. From the moment I stepped off the plane, it felt like I had landed in a third-world country—if not worse. The cleanliness was shocking, with the entire area, including the toilets, in desperate need of maintenance. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude. The person handling my check-in lacked even the most basic customer service skills. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. More...

This is one of the worst airports in the world. I just used the bathrooms near international gate 18 and they were disgusting. Filthy, broken cubicle doors and flushes not fuctioning. This was after a Bangkok like traffic jam before drop off. Melbourne cannot be taken seriously if this is the best they can do. There is not even a train to the airport and the parking charges are ridiculous. What an absolute hole. More...

Tuesday 26th November 2024. Security breach at Melbourne Airport. Flights sitting on tarmac until they can work out wtf happened. Just another day at this airport……(Lol, off the back of the airport being closed on both Monday 25th November and Tuesday 26th November due to fog……only in Melbourne…..) Friday 14th June 2024 at 8:15pm.Same disastrous situation getting an Uber. 25minute wait. The incompetence actually comes down to just poor staff from Wilson! They have ZERO idea how to manage - the lady blows her whistle incessantly and flaps her arms, meanwhile allowing guys in suits to jump the queue. Melbourne airport needs to fix the dangerous and hazardous situation of the Uber pickup. (Hilariously a guy in an Uber shirt was there but did nothing.) ------------------------- Friday 31st May 2024 at 2:57pm Unsafe area with cars and busses and some moron having redone the drive through area so two lanes merge into one. Melbourne airport continues to be a shitshow for taxi drivers, Uber drivers and Skybus. Unsafe! Looking forward to the horrific accident that will result in this being addressed. Directors of Melbourne Airport have been aware of this now for at least a month - so yes they will be liable! Time for change to make Melbourne airport safe! ---------------------- Friday 17th May 2024 (7:30pm). And the Melbourne airport shitshow rolls on. They've now merged into 1 lane the exit for taxis and Uber. Wtf.... Praying for Avalon airport to get traction as Melbourne airport is being run by people clearly in an ivory tower! P.S The airport fire truck decided to park in Uber bays 5-6 while there team went inside for dinner..... Seriously 😳 ------------------- Dangerous and scary getting an Uber from Melbourne airport tonight at 9:35pm on Thursday 2nd May. As a single female I was scared and had to personally stand in the middle of the road to get a car. Melbourne airport must use trained staff who protect the safety of passengers. Tonight was a shitshow. More...
