CS Florals managed the styling and florals for my wedding in November 2024 at the Jackson Ranch in Bawley Point. From the moment I first spoke with Tegan and Mon about my vision for the wedding, I knew that the creativity, passion and talent they would bring to this special event would be first class.
They left no stone unturned, ensuring that they sourced the best florals and decor to make our wedding look absolutely magical. The commitment they provided, timely communications, checkins and planning helped to take the stress out of the wedding as I knew they had everything covered.
The brief for our wedding was bright and classy, and Tegan and Mon worked tirelessly to source the best flowers to meet the brief. They covered every important detail, down to even the pocket squares in our groomsmen’s suit jackets that many commented they had never seen such a beautiful detail on a suit.

What do you love most about your job?
We love that floristry lets us bring people’s visions to life, especially for milestone moments like weddings. There’s something magical about working with flowers—they’re naturally beautiful, but with a little creativity, we can transform them into something truly unique and personal for each client. Being a mother and daughter-in-law team adds another layer of joy to our work. We each bring our own style and ideas, and together, we complement each other in a way that feels really special. It’s not just about creating beautiful arrangements; it’s about sharing these moments and memories as a family, with each event bringing us closer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration behind our business came from Tegan’s early experience and my (Monique) blossoming passion for floristry. Tegan had worked in floristry for three years before having her first baby, developing a deep love for the art of floral design and envisioning a future where she could pursue her passion on her own terms. Meanwhile, myself and Tegan, began to fall in love with flowers as well. Together, we realised we had the ideal combination of skills, vision, and shared passion to start a business that would allow us to work together and bring beauty to others’ special moments.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate remote services wherever possible. While the actual floral arrangements are crafted and delivered in person, many parts of the planning process can be done online. We offer virtual consultations where we can discuss your vision, share mood boards, and finalize designs. We can also provide digital inspiration boards and detailed proposals tailored to your preferences, so you’ll have a clear vision of your floral arrangements before the big day.
For clients who may be out of town or organising events from a distance, we make it easy to stay connected and collaborate closely to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To prioritise the health and safety of our clients, we’ve made several changes to our processes. For consultations, we now offer virtual meetings, allowing us to plan and discuss your floral vision remotely. For in-person visits, we follow all recommended health protocols, including wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and regularly sanitising our workspace and tools.
Additionally, our delivery and setup team takes extra precautions on event days, including contactless delivery options when needed. We aim to provide beautiful, safe floral arrangements with minimal risk, so you can feel confident and comfortable working with us during this time.
