To enable that, I love to take a challenging plan of work and break it down into small tasks that are practical and achievable for the business owner.
Over time, we build new habits to help the owner do the right amount of the right work at the right time.
This is how we progress, and it's very rewarding to see business owners develop a focused and efficient work ethic.

The same inspiration that I see in many business owners:

I am up to date with my vaccinations.
If I attend client premises, I take a RAT the evening before and let the client know.
