Given that she accepted the quote and wrote everything out for her and after doing the work she declined to pay what was agreed. I was certainly never rude or disrespectful and all jobs were completed in a professional and workmanlike manner . The ridge caps were in a terrible state and they were not destroyed by the worker-they just falling to pieces given the house is over 70 years old . Did work for no charge on some jobs. Goes to show there is no pleasing some people .

This was not overpriced at all. I quoted on the work which they accepted and then asked me to do extra work which i did and then when it came to pay they would not pay the agreed amount . In all i did 5 jobs plus extra . The wife accepted the quote then after doing so the husband knocked it back. There was a lot of work and all jobs were done professionally.

Good communication and they did a good job cleaning our gutters at a fair price.

I organised for Ross to go to my mum's. He was really easy to deal with and mum said he did a good job.

Ross Graham did a very poor job for cleaning my roof gutter. He made my property very dirty too. He showed me the photo for the section he cleaned, but the rest of 80% actually weren't cleaned properly. This is completely untrue. The gutters were extremely dirty and spent several hours cleaning them. The roof was heavy with pigeon pooh which was removed but there was still a lot under the solar panels which i explained to the client. Also most of the gutters were photographed and provided to the client which he was satified.

Not happy at all with clean gutter clean my gutters were still full and apparently weren’t cleaned at all called Ross back said he would come back but never did payed $350 but can’t afford to get them done again as I’m a pensioner very disappointing

This job was by a sub contractor who was dismissed for poor work

Clean Gutter Clean was extremely reliable and finished the cleaning of the gutters successfully.

The response was immediate which I really appreciated and the service was the following day cheerfully and efficiently given

I’m disappointed that the leather the cleaner brought with him wan’t long enough to climb up the roof top to clean our gutters. Nothing to secure his safety. He was supposed to come back with a proper ladder on another day. But The cleaner came back a short while said that his boss asked him to climb up from the front door. He had to carry another shorter Leader in order for him continued to climb up to the roof top. He was struggling to carry the heavy ladder while he’s cleaning up from the other ladder, I felt so bad for him and had to help him. Other than that I don’t believe he cleaned the gutter in the middle, for I can’t see what he was doing there and when I asked him he said he did clean and threw the dirts to the down pipe, I asked him this will block the pipe, he said it will not. To the gutter facing the back yard side he asked me if he can throw the dirts to the ground, I told him to wait for me to cover my turf and the platform first before he throw the dirts down. No washing was done to clean up the gutters after he used his hands to grab the dirts. For he didn’t carry the hose with him when he climbed up to the roof, I’m not satisfied with this kind of unprofessional service and will not recommend to my neighbours or to my friends. More...

Eva Cameron did not do what he was asked to do and went about it the wrong way. I did speak to you about this and have dismissed Cameron as a result of this job

Ross did a good job and showed up on time.

Ross came to fix someone else's horrible work. I have had trouble for years trying yo get someone reliable and affordable to correct this mess. He was punctual and upfront with cost. Emailed me the quote and showed me photos of the gutters after completion. Guaranteed his work. Did not leave any mess. Very polite and easy to work with.

They were very good, and advised of issues they couldn’t fix, however they offered solutions that could be implemented.

Ross did an amazing job and went over and above in the rain to make sure my gutter was ok.

Ross was very professional and thoroughly checked and cleaned all the gutters, and offered advice on how to fix the one issue he found.
