Not only in the 3yrs we rented from them did we have 7 different property managers and never informed of the change until a different signature showed up on the notices and forms, we had water bills go missing and then when we enquired 3 turned at once with a pay immediately notice. We had no shower for a month in a one bathroom house and had to fight for some compensation. We got contact to the owner direct and discovered they only knew of 10% of the problems with the property. When we went to leave there was issues with the bond clean and we had to fight to get our bond back. Overall good to deal with for the first 6 months of your lease then absolutely horrible after that. The receptionist needs to speak louder when she answers the phone as well and pass on messages when you are told to leave one! More...

Just wanted to give clients a wonderful service , when i started the business the property management of real estate was very average, so we set our goals high and continue to maintain that standard of care

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not a huge impact on our business , just continue to the self distancing and strict monitoring on numbers of potential tenants viewing homes during our inspections
