What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of navigating the complex and often impersonal world of large real estate companies, I recognised a gap in the market. While these big firms offer a broad range of services, they often lack the individualised attention and tailored strategies that each property truly deserves. This realisation sparked a vision to create a property management agency that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of property owners and tenants alike.

Part of my Job is online but the other part of my job I have to be close to the properties I manage and within a radius of my location.
Property Management
• Advertising for Tenants (Advertised on a broad
range of media, REIWA, Realestate.com and my
website)
• Conducting Private viewings
• Interviewing tenants, checking references and the
National Data Base
• Rent Collection
• Rent Arrears (Breach issued on day 2 of non
payment of rent)
• Rent deposited directly into Trust Account
• Trust Account balanced and rent transferred to your
nominated bank account
• Income and Expenditure Reporting
• Tenant Management and Reporting
• Property Inspections (Full detailed report provided
each quarter)
• Attend to reported Maintenance
• Negotiation of Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
• Appoint Maintenance Contractors
• Authorise Maintenance Invoices (Only once works
have been completed and photos to show it has
been done)
• Final bond Inspections and photos
• Management of day to day correspondence
between owner/tenant/contractors
• Bond disposal at the end of tenancy with approval
• Payment of insurance renewals (if required)
• Payment of rates and taxes (if required)
• Assist with preparing your home for new tenants –
arranging cleaners/gardeners/contractors

Account is independently audited annually. I will be
fully accountable for all your trust monies received
