What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is building strong relationships with landlords and giving them peace of mind. Property management can be stressful, and I take pride in removing that stress, making sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident that their investment is being looked after properly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start Avenue Property Management after years of seeing the same frustrations from landlords, feeling unheard, unsupported, and treated like an afterthought in agencies where property management was secondary to sales. I knew there had to be a better way.
Rather than accepting the industry norm, I wanted to set a new standard in property management, one built on clear communication, accountability, and a genuine focus on landlords. From day one, I made property management my sole focus and shaped Avenue around strong community values, sourcing local suppliers and building long-term, trusted relationships.
For me, starting Avenue wasn’t just about running a business, it was about creating a service where landlords finally feel valued and confident their investment is in the right hands.
