What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Aunty Grace values the safety of everyone in our community, so we strongly encourage all our workers to become vaccinated, regardless of any government vaccine requirements. If there is no vaccine requirement in your home State, we still ask all workers to provide evidence of their vaccine status, and we work with you to ensure you are happy with the workers that deliver your care and services.
All of our workers are required to follow standard precautions, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment, and notifying us if they may have been exposed to COVID-19. Workers are not permitted to attend your home if they have symptoms of COVID-19, or if they are required to isolate due to a close contact or attending an exposure site.
In the event we become aware of a COVID-19 risk, we will notify you and your nominated representatives as soon as we can, and work with local health authorities to ensure appropriate steps are taken and your risk is minimised.
Garden Maintenance
We know it’s important to keep the outside of your home looking just as good as it does on the inside. Particularly if you are a dedicated gardener! Our friendly and experienced in home care services team will keep your garden looking great by helping with jobs such as lawn mowing and weeding. Ultimately, we want to help you remain independent and able to keep on doing what you love doing.
Domestic Assistance
Having a tidy, clean home helps keep you happy, healthy, and safe. We also know it’s important things are done just how you would like them, and that your home looks exactly how you want. So – we go that extra mile to ensure this happens. Getting help with these daily chores gives you time and energy to do things you enjoy doing, and spend time with the people you love.

We know how important it is to be able to access high quality, nutritious meals. We have teamed up with cooks in your area so you can choose from a variety of meal selections with lots of different choices of food. Only pay 30% of the meal costs out of pocket (covering ingredient costs)
