My best decision is to go with Tris for property management and selling. You will be doing yourself a dis-service if you dont select Tris and her team. She is very professional, easy to deal with and very honest. I found it very refreshing to have a real estate expert who you can trust and rely on for all your real estate needs. Tris patiently explained to me how she and her Team look after her owners in interstate and how they go out of their way to ensure all property and tenancy matters are attended to. Having engaged her, I am pleasantly surprised she surpasses all my high expectations. She not only put in an engineer tenant paying a very good rent and looks after my property, but also helped me fix a few minor items herself - she personally cleaned the property before letting as my settlement was unexpectedly delayed (and cleaners could not make it at last minute change), so she went in the minute it was settled to clean it so that the tenants she already found before settlement, could move in asap without any issue. She explained that she didnt want me to lose any rental income hence she acted very quickly. Tris and her team are impressive. Tris is a very lovely person who has great empathy for others. Tris and her team are very proactive and make the hard efforts, often after hours and on weekends, to ensure we get the highest possible rent in quickest leasing time to excellent tenants. I am so grateful that they help me achieve $110 more a week than what all other property managers appraised my property for, and these same manages had said they were giving the highest. It is unfortunate that many owners miss out on better returns opportunities when they do not go with Tris and her team. Tris also builds good relationships with the tenants and take care of them with quick response and understanding.
