What I love most about my job is seeing a client’s vision come to life. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life — and handing over the keys to a home they’re proud of. I also enjoy the challenge of problem-solving and finding creative solutions that work for each individual block, budget, and lifestyle. But above all, it’s the relationships I build along the way — with clients, suppliers, and my team — that make this job so fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been passionate about homes — not just the structures themselves, but what they represent: family, security, growth, and lifestyle. After years of working in the building industry and seeing firsthand how clients were often treated like numbers, I saw a clear need for a builder who genuinely cared about the experience as much as the end product. That’s what inspired me to start Addison Homes — to offer a more personalised, transparent, and honest approach to building.
