Steven is my Business Coach and I chose to undertake the 12-week Sales Masterclass with one of my employees as well. He has focused on going back to basics, and this has made me so much more aware of the things I already do that make an impact on the success of my business. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping Business Owners achieve a Goal or target they did not believe they could ever hit. I also love seeing the business owners I Coach being able to do things with their Time they thought impossible for people running their own business. Simple things like picking up their kids from school or sport, taking time off and going on holiday without having their mobile phone constantly in their hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have pretty much been in my own business since I was in my late 20's, And now some 3o odd years later for me its about helping other business stop the Profit and Time leaking out of their business. Helping them to achieve things they just didnt see as possible for them, thats pretty special to me.

Coaching today can be done many different ways, most of our 121 sessions are done face to face, some via Zoom, some in your office or some in a Cafe or agreed office venue.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid here in Victoria we learnt to use Zoom more prefeceintly and it became the norm, now we are probably back to 50% on line and 50% live in an office. It really does depend on what works for the client.
