We would mostly ask goal related questions so we can get an idea of where the business is at, and where it wants to be, as well as the goals of the new website/online presence... such as:

What kind of features would you envision needing on this new website?

If you have products for sale/need eCommerce, how many products, and what sort of customers are you catering to (wholesale, retail, affiliate etc).
Do you have existing branding or design requirements.
Following this we have a customer brief form when we are ready to go ahead that asks all the simple, but important questions about a business that we need to build your new online presence.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Director, Eden Brownlee, started developing websites at just 13 years old and quickly developed a passion for it.
