Absolute have taken over the management of my property since February 2024. Before that they were very much "all hands on deck" to have it transferred from another "agent" that mismanaged everything. Since February they have managed to keep my tenant happy, have all the outstanding maintenance items attended to and put a smile on my face. I now no longer have to watch the news to see what my property manager is up to....
