In the days of covid our clients on the whole prefer Phone consultations (or Zoom). Not only does it keep everyone safe but we are told over and over how convenient it is not having to spend the additional time travelling to our office and back. We have clients all over Australia. All our work is done using Xero so all tax returns and other related documents are signed electronically. This again is convenient and speeds up the time between job completion and receipt of refunds.
