Penthouse Holdings is an extremely professional business with Steve at the helm. He's timeous, keeps lines of communication open and is an expert in his field. He was always willing to hear our concerns and renovated our apartment into a beautiful home. We were able to get all services done with his business (renovations, plumbing and electricity) which was convenient and helped us stay within our deadline. Him and his team work very neatly and professionally so our neighbors couldn't lodge any complaints (even though they tried to lol) which was a huge plus for us. We will definately be reaching out to Steve in the future! As a customer, building projects can be extremely stressful but working with Steve was a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

The whole experience was so easy and instead of being totally stressed about my project I enjoyed it. The consultant was absolutely amazing he educated me when I didn't know something, which helped me and gave me the confidence when it came to making decisions. The design processes was effortless, I was supplied with 3D drawings to help me visualize and tweak the design to my exact needs. The consultant also included in his quotation all the meterials such as all fittings like the taps, tiles, accessories, shower enclosures even the appliances. I didn't pay a cent more than I would have paid in the store. This helped quite considerably as it gave me a close as possible the total cost of the project, the consultant even went shopping with me to help and guide me. Each and every team were very professional and the workmanship was spot on. I have heard the stories of how wrong things can go..... I was so blest to find Blake Renovation Concepts and Project Management. I will now and always recommend Blake Renovation Concepts and Project Management.
