Production process will be monitored for quality and accuracy to the approved designs.

Deadlines are very important.
Quantities are vital for any production work to be quoted at the best price benefit to our clients.
Preferred colours.
If a logo exists it should be supplied as vector based artwork to avoid additional costs for regeneration.
Any special delivery instructions.
Proof of initial deposit to be confirmed.

Office politics and corporate structures became very restrictive and immediately I could see the result where a closer relationship to my clients also meant better results at the end of the day.

95% of our work is done remotely and online. This gives me the advantage of spending more productive time on my client's work and needs.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

As a very small team our exposure is extremely limited.
Outside excursions are only done on very rare occasions.
All dealings with clients are done with wearing masks and using proper sanitising protocols to manage any surface contamination. All work is sanitised when we handle it directly before being dispatched to our clients.
