Services

VCA will assist your company with the following Skills Development services:
• Analysing the individual training requirements of each client;
• Ensuring that you are registered with the correct SETA for your industry;
• Collect all relevant information to complete the Workplace Skills Plan;
• Complete and submit the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) , and the Annual Training Report (ATR), as well as the Pivotal Grant;
• Our consultants will monitor all rebates received should a client so wish, VCA will liaise with the client on a continuous basis;
• Consultation on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and assist with the implementation of a training committee and other relevant information; and
• VCA will also advise you on and assist you with submitting any Learnership or other Discretionary Grant applications that may be available, at an additional fee, as well as implementing said Learnership within the organisation

Our skilled consultants will provide the following Employment Equity services:
• Analysing all staff information in terms of gender, race and disability;
• Compiling your workforce profile, in terms of gender, race and level of skills;
• Completing and submitting the Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour prior to the deadline;
• VCA will provide you with an Employment Equity file with all the relevant Employment Equity documents
• Employment Equity compliance audits according to the new legislation - audit policies, plan and procedures
• Employment Equity audit with staff to ensure there are no barriers to the company achieving Employment Equity compliance
• On site consulting to appoint an Employment Equity Manager and to create an Employment Equity Committee, Agendas’ and minutes of these meetings will be provided;
• Assist with the formation, duties and obligations of the Employment Equity committee
• Employment Equity training for the entire company as per the requirements
• VCA will draft an Employment Equity plan, including your objectives to be achieved for each year of the plan;
• Provide the company with the relevant legislative posters
• Deregister your company from the system should it not be necessary for you to report any longer

Our B-BBEE Consultants will assist with the following:
• Consulting on your current level of Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Socio-Economic, Enterprise and Supplier Development;
• Advising on different strategies to ensure you receive the maximum points possible;
• Collecting all documentation needed and checking these documents to ensure compliance;
• Sourcing your suppliers B-BBEE certificates for the Enterprise and Supplier Development at a set fee;
• Our consultants will interact between you and the Verification agency;
• We assist with the preparation of a B-BBEE file containing all documentation needed for verification; and
• Our consultant will set up and represent our clients at the verification meetings if required

Learnerships are of a specified nature, level and duration (usually one year) resulting in a nationally recognised
qualification. Learnerships are provided by employers (both large and small) in conjunction with the learner, the relevant SETA (sector education and training authority), and or an accredited training provider.
Generally, learnerships are work based and enable successful, competent learners the opportunity to progress in a job. Each learner is required to enter into a standard contract, obtainable through a SETA, which regulates the learnership process.
