What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make a positive impact on our clients' business and working with them to improve their HR processes since most of them are micro and small businesses and cannot afford or do not need a full time HR resource.
What inspired you to start your own business?
HR is mostly overlooked by micro or small businesses because of financial resources and I wanted to help these businesses realise the importance of HR and have access to affordable HR consulting. The fact that we can work remotely with our clients also inspired me start my own business which means that I can reach more businesses, no matter the location.

Our personalised approach to each client makes it easier for us to understand each client's business and their needs so that we can fully service them and only provide the services which are mostly needed for each business.

Yes, I can provide my services online and/or remotely especially if I'm helping them start a HR department, I always advise them to use cloud services to promote a paperless environment and anyone can have access to important HR documents anywhere, anytime.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've started migrating to the cloud more and more to avoid physical contact as much as possible and also put measures and policies in place for my clients to also work remotely if possible.
