What’s your signature dish?

That's difficult one. We are well known for our traditional African cuisines. However, the weekend braai platters, marinade in our Prestigious sauce and spices seem to be a crowd favorite.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

It's all about listening. Understanding a client's vision and incorporating their taste, allows us to align the menu with the day.

What do you love most about your job?

The people. I love the people. As much as we are the creative, nothing beats meeting and talking to people from all walks of life, and understanding what defines 'a good time' for them.

What inspired you to start your own business?

With combined experience of over 11 years, my Co-founders and I wanted to creat a 'one stop events shop'. This was triggered by one of us having a wedding and having to source different services from many different companies. Which was just a mad hassle.

Not only do we listen to the clients vision and bring it to life, but we are able to offer all round event related services, including all the extras like transport and outfits. One go to person, for all your event needs, at a reasonable price!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

All out business activities are online with Covid regulations. Our kitchen is deep cleaned and sanitized daily, with the staff vitals checked daily as well. Delivery maintains extreme social distancing and the use of masks and sanitization.
