The reason for my answer is that every dish you plate needs to be your signature dish.
Every single plate is a special plate we send out to our clients.
We travel around the globe to get all the taste for your special signature dish.
My clients will give me the necessary dietary requirements, and we will edit the menu till they are happy with the final menu/catering options.
