I started my therapy journey with the intention to work on my fear of flights. I thought therapy was something we could work on ourselves without a guided help, but I was wrong. Dr Samantha has been a great therapist to help me with my issues. I ended up discovering so many other issues and trauma that I had internalised and not worked on. I can say with certainty that Dr Samantha has helped me clear out my negative thoughts and think more objectively. It was very easy to open up to her and she knows all the right questions to ask. I am able to work on my negative emotions as they occur and feel more positive than I was before. I think it has not just helped me, but people in my life as well.

Before seeing Samantha, I had problems with sleeping on time and procrastination. After using her sleeping techniques, I no longer face this problem and the quality of my sleep has improved significantly. I was able to see a difference after each session and I always look forward to the next session. Samantha is very professional and she helps you to reach the solution to your problems using various methods. Overall, I am very grateful to her!

Ms Tay listens and tries to understand the problems that I share with her even if I do not express myself well. She’s patient, answers my questions and encourages me constantly because she knows that I put myself down and think negatively often. There are times when her analogies make me laugh too! When I don’t fulfil something I promised both myself and her in a previous therapy session, she will not beat around the bush before telling me the problem. I was a person who always thought negatively and that caused me to be stuck in a vicious cycle (or rabbit hole as Ms Tay would also say it :). But as I go through each therapy session, I am continuing to seek solutions, work on myself and think more positive with the help of Ms Tay. Thank you ☺️
