How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

Extremely important. What we eat does not only determine our physical attributes or athletic ability, it is also fully intertwined with our mood, our mental health, our stress, our energy levels, our ability to concentrate.
Ensuring my clients receive a wide range of unprocessed, nutrient-rich, and delicious meal options is my top priority in coaching them towards a happier and healthier life.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people work towards a happier version of themselves with a better relationship with their food. I have been a chef for over 15 years and to be able to share my love and passion for food, in a way that improves people lives, is the ultimate dream job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Working 80 hour work weeks in hot and busy kitchens for a long, long time - I've always made it a priority to take care of myself and my nutrition and mental health - but seeing so many of my coworkers suffer day to day simply by being unable to properly feed themselves and get the nutrition they so sorely depend on - while being on their feet for 12 hours straight without a break - I decided to shift my personal goals from culinary art and hospitality to helping people lead happier lives.

Because unlike most PT services - whose background is often primarily in Fitness and Exercise - my passion as a Chef and my obsession with Nutrition is the ultimate combination of skills to develop for you a Nutrition plan that offers delicious, wholesome and filling food that is easy to make - saving you hours in food prep and cooking.

I have used a range of PT services in the past, and often found myself disappointed in the lack of effort in the nutrition department - "Meal 01: eggs and porridge, Meal 02: Chicken and Rice" etc.

I listen to my clients, find out what food they love, and develop for them a way to work towards their goals without sacrificing their favourie foods.

Coaching Services are online due to the nature in which I develop and deliver the coaching packages.

For residents of Queenstown and the surrounding area, I am available for in-person consultations, as well as Private Chef catering - where I cook and meal prep your meal options so all you have to do is reheat and enjoy, or enjoy on the go!
