Nadia has been in the shoes, so to speak, of needing help to create changes in her own life. And this started with dealing with depression at a young age into her adulthood. And from working through depression she has been managing a chronic illness. So coming from experience through life not just studying is why Nadia can say she appreciates your struggles and gets you.

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. I will guide you through different types of breath works.
When putting in to practice in our daily lives it helps to reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

I will help you achieve your goals to better mobility through different modalities. Creating a mobility body help achieve awareness of mind body connection. As well a limber body will help assist with your fitness goals, what ever that maybe.
