I believe in the ability of the client to heal in their own time. I use psychodynamic therapy to work with individuals, and have a particular interest in trauma work (past or present).
I use Imago therapy to work with couples, whereby the relationship is the client, rather than the individuals. This particular way of working is unique as the focus is on the space between you, and how to grow that to form a loving relationship where each person's needs are met and understood longterm.
