When we contact you it will be a start of a beautiful relationship, we will pose questions, although we are not posers.
we will ask afew question which should qualify and determine if either a remote only process can be successful, if not you will be given an oportunity to negotiate what portion of the set up process will be covered by you to ensure a successful and worry free implementation!
First Contact
We believe first impression are crucial and we utilize the 10 or so years our Director Joško Šestan had been in the industry, Joško is a 57 year old IT Professional with a focus on sales and marketing, He comes from Dalmatian coast in Croatia and was part of an immigration intake in 1974. if Joško is not responding to potential customers Joško works on researching good Cryptocurrency opportunities to invest in a return on investment, the experience at present had seen Joško turn 40k into .5 Million. USD.
Equipment Options
You will have an opportunity to choose the Manufacturer of IP based handsets, we can provide access to most of the top line IP Phones. So once we introduce ourselves we can determine the best outcome for your choice.
We also have access to equipment that has been leased, which can be cheaper than new. It will be up to you.
Installation
We will produce an Implementation. Plan that covers each step along the Radicall way Equipment will be shipped in time for Cut over date.
You might be required to perform some copy and paste instructions on the Equipment, we do our best to complete the installation stress free, even though IT can drive you crazy at times with it's temperamental construct.
CutOver
When we have been accepted to provide services we will set a single date that Internet Services are transfered from your current provider to our Radicall Network. Phone number porting and activation will take place on CutOver day...
Ongoing Maintenance
Our proposal will cover ongoing Maintenance so this should be considered when selecting your partner for Communication services.
