I am not quite sure just why I selected your name out of the list I was sent by Bark but I am just so glad I did. Your initial phone call was very prompt and most welcoming - always a good start - and I was also impressed that you did not expect or ask me to call you but you called me.
You listened quietly as I explained my situation and desired outcomes, just asking for a clarification when and as required. Your summing up of the situation was also succinct and accurate which filled me with confidence no end. You immediately (or so it seemed to me) contacted the relevant authorities, verified my summation and then got back to me with a plan of action for my information and approval. It was everything I could ask for. Once I had completed the small task you set me so you could complete the job, you moved very quickly and before I knew it everything was done.
To say that I am satisfied would be an understatement. I am completely blown away in the manner in which you worked, the speed and the outcomes achieved. You were unfailingly pleasant, easy to deal with and I would unhesitatingly recommend you to anybody looking for accountancy assistance.

What I love most about my job is seeing satisfied clients, their businesses growing as a result of our excellent services and also stress free clients who really understand where their business is heading because we are working closely with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration is based on the desire to provide quality, excellent and professional services to small businesses and individuals, after spending more than 5 years working in accounting firms I wasn't satisfied and mostly not happy with the kind of services that were being offered to clients. This is the main reason why I would go the extra mile to ensure my clients will understand what is going on in the background and that it's not all about numbers and making a profit.

Yes our services can be provided online, all our accounting softwares are cloud based and if there is a need for a remote meeting we can always organise an online meeting to discuss any issues.

Most of our customers meetings have been online, telephone calls and emails.
