How long have you been in business?
Outlast Builders was established in mid 2014 and in those 6.5 years has grown in size and reputation.

What do you love most about your job?
The relationships we build with our clients, sub trades and suppliers - not to mention the amazing feedback we get, that really puts a smile on our teams face - and our team love the site BBQ and beers they get when they bring a stage of the project in under time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My former employer was so committed and in love with what he did and that really rubbed off on me, knowing that i could create my own company and culture that would bring me as much happiness was always at the forefront of my mind.

We believe that we provide an unmatched service, from our communication and our teams friendly attitudes on site through to our commitment to the craft and the extra mile we will go. There are 1000 building companies to choose from and the end result will be the same (give or take 20% quality& hassle) but from the large number of projects under our belt we have found our clients find us far more approachable and relatable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have extensive Covid 19 Health and Safety policies which were used throughout the level 3 lockdowns to keep our clients safe, these included project updates and walk-throughs via zoom meetings, dedicated 'NO GO" zones in the home (if the clients were living in), specialist washing and sanitizing stations at all site entrances along with barcode scanning for covid tracing. These will be on hand for the foreseeable future should we be required to return to level 3.
