What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people make progress towards a better life for themselves , their whanau and our community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Years of teaching, taught me the importance of first establishing trust and respect in a relationship - getting to know people, 1:1 and then matching their values, interests, skills and aspirations. New Focus NZ provides me the opportunity to help people of all ages and stages of life and for them all to grow into themselves.

We acknowledge the importance of the relationship between wellbeing and career. We understand that sometimes people are held back from reaching their personal and professional potential. We walk alongside and support our clients as they address these barriers, and we're there too, to celebrate in your successes.

We provide online options for all our services. If a face-to-face meeting is preferred we will strictly adhere to following the governments Covid-19 recommendations.
