We contacted Mike about 2 years ago to start the process of buying our first home. Mike has been nothing but amazing. He has made this whole process easy and has stayed in regular contact with us. Being first homes buyers we knew next to nothing about buying a home. Michael not only secured us our first little (dream) home, but educated us throughout the whole process. He listened and answered all our silly questions (that might have been asked more than once) and did not ever make us feel stupid. He was completely patient, honest, and never sugar coated anything or gave us incorrect information, he gave his honest opinion and was there from the day we had our first conversation. As far as I am concerned Michael is the best! I have used Michael personally and also referred him to clients. In all cases, he has treated us all very well and has been able to get us amazing rates and terms with the banks. It is a no brainer to use Michael rather than go directly to a bank. He has the relationships with the right people at the banks and is also able to negotiate terms and rates on your behalf and the best bit..... it does not cost you anything!
