If you are in search of a mortgage broker, you are on the right page. I couldn't recommend Melanie from Melanie Bielawski Mortgages more if I tried. Our home purchasing journey started in 2019, when we started looking for a home to buy, or possible land to buy and build. In addition to that; our situation was rather complicated seeing as we are New Zealand residents but all of our funds to make a home purchase were in South Africa. We have never bought property in New Zealand before and learned quickly that it's very different to South Africa. Melanie explained each and every step in perfect detail, making an overwhelming experience a beautiful one. Her knowledge and tenacity is incredible and nothing was ever too much for her. Melanie went above and beyond for 3 years. She applied for home loan after home loan, always putting her all into each application, preparing us to find the home of our dreams. Melanie is prompt, gracious, friendly, always responds to emails, is extremely well connected and has a huge passion for what she does. Melanie is accommodating and she truly makes time for her clients. Fast forward 3 years later, we are finally home owners and Melanie proved again and again that we were in extremely good hands. We can't thank you enough Mel. We appreciate you more than you know and we will sing your praises to everyone who is looking to apply for a mortgage.
