What do you love most about your job?
At Liquid, we believe good financial advice starts and ends with our relationship with our clients. The better we know you, the better we can tailor our advice to ensure the best outcomes. Our clients become our friends, and this is what we love about our job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is hard to get good, impartial advice from your bank, or from an insurance provider. This is why Liquid exists - we wanted to create a place our clients could come for any financial question, and we'd find them the answer, regardless of provider.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our relationship to you comes first, and the results speak for themselves. We have clients who have been with us for almost as long as we've been in business, and we look after many of their children now, too. You don't just get advice, you get someone in your corner for life!

Absolutely, we can do this. Through COVID we have had to become agile with the way we do business, and making the most of technology is a big part of that. We have many clients who we predominantly deal with remotely, as it is easier for them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We instituted social distancing within the office, as well as sanitation stations and regular testing. We put in place a no in-person meeting policy, and have built a technology solution to allow us to do this in a way which makes it easier for our clients, not harder.
