It was a pleasure meeting and discussing our bathroom renovation design with Maree, and then meeting with John from time to time during the actual renovation. Their team was great.

We are very happy with our newly renovated bathrooms, new balustrade, and freshly painted apartment. Everything looks wonderful.

If the garage was part of the original house build then it is likely that it can easily be converted. It really needs vapour barrier beneath concrete to stop moisture coming up through the concrete slab.
One important feature for compliance with Council regulations is a minimum floor to ceiling height of 2400mm.

- show changes to exterior door/inclusion of new windows & doors
- detail floor linings/insulation upgrade & installation/interior linings/electrical requirements & layout
3) Prepare budget based on plans
4) Agree contract price
5) Prepare work schedule - show start & finish dates
6) Begin work

All houses with a suitable roof pitch can have loft conversions (unless of course you have no roof space) - it is just a matter of how much you want to spend to achieve it.
Generally you need walls below to support the floor structure that will need to be built above existing ceiling.
It is much easier to do if your existing roof structure is rafters rather than trusses.
