Hi,
We are a studio located in the heart of Auckland. We only opened a few months ago but our Personal Trainers have at least 5 years of experience within fitness.
We are a group class and personal training studio specialising in conditioning, nutrition, mobility, flexibility, resistance training and more.

2. Having a dream body is a cool goal. However, at Hauora we focus on making the journey and falling in love with training one of our main goals. Fitness is not about quick results. It is about creating a habit we will stick with for the rest of our lives.

We provide personal training based on your needs, either from our Ponsonby studio at at home (we can come to your location).
We have trainer specialising in health coaching, weight lifting, weight loss, toning as well as flexibility, mobility calisthenics and more specific training.
We will match you with a trainer that is a specialist in the field of fitness you wish to work on. :)

We provide small group classes from our studio as well as we can travel to your location.
Perfect for businesses that wish to add a bit of fitness to their workday but don't have time to go to a gym.

We come to your location and have trainers that can provide anything from HIIT to Stretch and Mobility.
Or even hand balacing training.
