The people, those I work with and the new friends I make selling homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom. After 30+ years, I can't think of anything more interesting and challenging.

The nature of real estate is that 'in person' interaction is optimal. COVID has taught us that business can be conducted virtually - but it isn't as efficient nor as easy as being 1:1.

The Real Estate industry has clear guidelines that directly reflect government instruction. LETHBRIDGE real estate is a member of the Real Estate Authority and so we adhere to all health directives.

There is no substitute of careful and thorough tenant selection, which our cutting edge selection systems ensure. Our systems also ensure that the property owner and the tenant are both fully informed of anything that needs to be done, who is doing it, when it will be done and who is responsible. We are fair and strictly apply rules, explaining along the way what costs or tasks need to be done.
