What do you love most about your job?
There is a huge variety of work undertaken by Licensed Cadastral Surveyors. Whether it's in the office or out on-site no two days are ever the same. We also take huge pride in being responsible for maintaining and updating the cadastre when we undertake cadastral surveys and lodge Cadastral Survey Datasets (CSD's).
What inspired you to start your own business?
The belief and encouragement of my friends and family was the driving force behind Faction Limited. The inspiration to start came from wanting to use my expertise to help clients achieve their goals and make a positive impact on the communities I serve.

We specialise in precise land surveying services that encompass the entire surveying process. Whether it's measuring features and levels for a topographic site survey, confirming legal boundaries for a high density development, or positioning buildings and
infrastructure during construction surveys, we provide the following services:
• Topographic surveys - measuring the features and/or levels of a site
• Setout surveys - identifying and marking the position and level of horizontal and vertical infrastructure to allow construction
• Building compliance surveys - measurement and certification confirming buildings are constructed as per the consented plans
• Subdivisions - fee simple, unit title, boundary adjustment, conversion of tenure, cross lease update
• As-built surveys - measuring and recording information about the construction of new horizontal and vertical infrastructure
• Amalgamation surveys - consolidation of land parcels
